Oat (Aerial Parts)

Oats (Aerial Parts) is used for its relaxing and stimulating action, to nourish and strengthen the nervous system, and may be valuable for arthritis, rheumatism, stress, depression, debility, exhaustion, nerve tremors, epilepsy, convalescence, palpitations, nervous headache, nervous stomach, cholesterol level, herpes, and menopause symptoms. It is also used for thyroid and estrogen deficiency, for degenerative diseases such as multiple sclerosis, to strengthen the skeletal system and the cardiovascular system and for colds (especially if recurrent or persistent).

Oats are high in vegetal silica, and is a most valuable nutrient for the body. In 1952, researcher Javillier M. of France, considered silica to be one “of the twelve major elements in the composition of living organisms.” He published an article on the value of silica in our bodies in French called “Les elements chimiques et le monde vivant” in Trait de Biochimie Generale in 1960. He and other researchers confirmed that silicon is not a trace element in the human body, as had long been thought by orthodox medicine. There is evidence that silica is an effective nutrient for degenerative diseases. Therefore, we are convinced, that it is not calcium we need, but vegetal silica to help us achieve strong bones, beautiful nails, shiny hair and healthy skin.
